ED-2016 EDGE FILL ADHESIVE is an ultra-low-density flame retardant, halogen-free material developed for edge/core filling-sealing-reinforcing of honeycomb panels. The smooth creamy consistency is ideal for application with extrusion equipment, a putty knife or a trowel. ED-2016 is color coded to ensure proper mixing and cures to a sandable condition within 4-6 hours at room temperature. ED-2016 was formulated and tested to be in conformance with the performance requirements of BMS 5-28AF Type 28 and FAR/JAR 25.853(a).
