EA-625 two-part epoxy adhesive was developed for bonding and repair applications of rigid substrates. It is the ultimate material for use on SMC, RTM, FRP and metal parts or panels; repairing cracks, gouges and punctures. EA-625 is formulated to withstand freeze/thaw cycles and remain tough and resilient. It can be sanded to a feather edge and accepts most finishes without special primers. The relatively fast cure-to-sanding time; early handling strength; short cure time; qualifies EA-625 for many bond, fill and repair applications. This material is formulated to easily dispense from manually operated caulking gun/cartridge style dispensers (B-12 dispensing gun & 250ml cartridge) or mechanical meter-mix equipment which makes it ideally suited for production use.
