EA-620 two-part epoxy adhesive was developed for bonding and repair applications of semi-rigid substrates. It is the ultimate material for use on OEM urethane and ABS parts or panels; repairing cracks, gouges and punctures. EA-620 is formulated to withstand freeze/thaw cycles and remain tough, semi-rigid and resilient. It can be sanded to a feather edge and accepts most finishes without special primers. The relatively fast cure-to-sanding time; early handling strength; short cure time; qualifies EA-620 for many production and repair applications. This material is formulated to easily dispense from a manually operated standard caulking gun in 250ml cartridges, or by using mechanical meter-mix equipment.
