P-21 COMPOSITE SPRAYABLE FIRE RETARDANT SURFACE FILLER is used in applications that require an entire composite surface to be filled prior to finishing. The sprayable feature saves the applicator time and labor over that of hand mix and squeegee operation. P-21 will fill surface porosity, cloth imprints, grinding and mold marks as well as other composite imperfections. It readily bonds to fiberglass, SMC, BMC, RIM, FRP, graphite and Kevlar* composites and other types of substrates. P-21 offers the benefit of being fire retardant for those applications which have to comply to that requirement and can be used as a no-burn barrier coat. It offers a very workable pot-life and allows the applicator the latitude of clean up with standard thinner or acetone. P-21 cures to a tack-free, impact resistant, sandable surface which offers a durable and chemical resistant coating. The finished coating will accept virtually all types of finishes and decorative films without any discoloration or bleed-out.
