P-29 AIR DRY PIT FILLER is a single component polymer based system which when applied, air dries to a sandable, durable surface. For use in filling porosity, surface blemishes, grinding marks as well as other surface imperfections on metal castings, sheet metal and composite parts. P-29 is a smooth creamy paste which can be used right from the squeeze tube. No special mixing or handling is necessary and it dries to the touch within minutes after application. It has excellent adhesion when applied to metal, fiberglass, wood and other substrates. When cured it can be sanded to a feather edge and accepts virtually all finishes without any special preparation. Typical applications include: Sealant against moisture, filling welding seams, surface glazing putty, filling pitted/porous surfaces, corrosion resistance on metal, filling pinhole voids in metal castings and filling pinhole voids in production composite parts.
